Michael is a results-oriented accounting, finance, and business management professional focused on driving business value. He brings a CFO mindset to every business - no matter the size. With more than 25 years of experience in leadership Finance roles in a variety of industries, Michael has the ability to step into any situation, work with business owners to assess risks and opportunities, set up accounting processes that make sense and provide actionable data, and build a plan that delivers results. He is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and business leaders achieve their dreams and partners with our clients to work through any obstacles in their path.

Michael holds a degree in Accounting and a MBA, combined with decades of experience in large and small organizations worldwide. He holds the following certifications:

Lauren has dedicated her career to helping people and businesses achieve their goals, create effective processes, and communicate to a wide range of audiences. She has managed teams in small, family-owned businesses as well as large multi-national organizations around the world, and brings practical, broad business knowledge to her role. She has a passion for helping business owners understand and use their financials as a real tool to drive their businesses forward, and geeks out a bit on ensuring clean and accurate accounts for our clients.

Lauren holds a degree in English Literature and an Executive MBA, has a background in HR and Communications, and holds the following certifications:
